He was buried in a grave in a cemetery south of Bullecourt. He was later moved to Villers Bretonneux.

A Death certificate was sent to his father
His effects consisted of a photo wallet, letters and photos

His Father received medals and plaque and scroll.
A nephew named after him killed in WWII
His remains were moved to Villers Bretonneux
